Overview

I managed the proofing and quality control process to ensure every file was accurate, consistent, and ready for production. This included reviewing proofs for color accuracy, resolution, scaling, layout issues, and overall print readiness. My role focused on catching errors early and making sure the final output matched project expectations..

Responsibilities:

Verified correct scaling, bleed, trim, and safety areas

Ensured consistent branding, typography, and layout structure

Communicated corrections and feedback to designers or clients

Approved final files for print after confirming all issues were resolved

Reviewed soft proofs and hard proofs for accuracy before approval

PChecked for color shifts, banding, artifacts, and low-resolution assets

Adobe Acrobat Pro (preflight, compare, output preview)
